My car arrived on time and undamaged. This was the first time for me to ship a car across country. I paid a higher premium for the guaranteed pickup window and door to door service which was well worth the extra fee. It's best to contact Montway for vehicle status, the numbers provided for the shipper and driver are limited in their usefulness - not always able to contact someone knowledgeable about the shipment. I would like to see online tracking of the shipment if not in real time at least daily update.
