DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Our experience transporting our 2025 Lamborghini Urus from Manhattan to Miami was an absolute nightmare.
We booked through Mike at 365 Car Transport, who hired Ses Fletcher/Millionaire Auto Transport. The Lamborghini was picked up August 8 and promised for delivery by August 12. It wasn’t delivered.
Instead, we were subjected to repeated profanity, threats, and extremely aggressive, abusive communication, including statements such as “your fing car will be delivered today,” “go f** yourself,” “are you stupid?”** and other degrading remarks.
The most alarming part: our Lamborghini app showed the vehicle was still in New York, despite being told it was on its way to Miami. Then the vehicle’s GPS was disconnected, leaving us unable to track it.
For days, we could not get a clear answer about where our Lamborghini was. We contacted our insurance company, police, the FBI, and the FMCSA because of the seriousness of the situation.
The vehicle was finally returned August 21—but only after our insurance company contacted Ses Fletcher and told him, a claim for a stolen vehicle in his possession has been reported.
Then, at approximately midnight, we were told the Lamborghini would not be returned unless we immediately sent $1,750 via Zelle. Our original contract was $1,750 total, and we had already paid $300. We ultimately paid $2,050 total just to get our vehicle back.
When it finally arrived, the driver’s seat was filthy, and we had to have the Lamborghini towed back to the dealership for a complete inspection.
This was far beyond a late delivery. We experienced aggressive and abusive communication, lack of transparency regarding our vehicle’s location, disabled tracking, and an unexpected demand for additional payment before our vehicle would be returned.
If you own a high-value vehicle, think twice before handing it to this company. We would NEVER use Millionaire Auto Transport or 365 Car Transport again.
READ THE REVIEWS. DO YOUR RESEARCH. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. And most importantly, know exactly who is taking possession of your vehicle.
Based on our experience, we strongly recommend staying away from Millionaire Auto Transport and 365 car transport.
