I have to admit that I entered into this arrangement with some trepidation. The review sites are full of horror stories and bad experiences, and I had my doubts. Fortunately, all I got from Mercury was exactly what I was promised—and quickly, too. Matthew Cruz walked me through the process with complete transparency and respect. I paid the agreed-upon price, the car was picked up promptly and delivered on schedule, and the driver was friendly too. I would work with this company and this agent again.
