I recently had my car shipped from Colton, CA to Pittsburgh, PA—just over 2,400 miles—and worked with Scott Hawley as my transport agent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out. It did take a little longer than expected to get a driver assigned, but that seemed to be due to external issues happening in California at the time—specifically the LA area riots and ICE crackdowns on truckers. I was told that some drivers were getting delayed if their English wasn’t considered fluent enough, which caused temporary impoundments while verifying citizenship. Frustrating for them, but it explained the brief delay. Once my driver was assigned on a Tuesday, everything moved fast. The trucker made it to Pittsburgh by Friday night, which is impressive for a cross-country haul. The vehicle arrived in great shape, no issues at all. Communication throughout the process was solid, and Scott kept me updated every step of the way. I’d definitely use this company again and would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a reliable, professional transport experience.
