This company is totally legit... Shawn (broker) was on his "A" game from start to finish! The communication was perfect, he took his time and explained everything I needed to know. He provided me with the needed information explaining the "Do's and Don'ts" of the car transport business which spoke volumes. He gave me a set price with no hidden fees, reassured me their company and the transport companies there affiliated with were top of the line and very professional. Once the driver came and picked up the car from Alabama, he confirmed delivery date and time of day! Taurus Transportation was the company that handle the pickup and delivery. The driver arrived as promised, car was intact and did a full car inspection once taken off the trailer. If I ever need any of my cars hauled again, I will be utilizing Mercury and requesting Taurus... 100%
