Worked with William Kuchtiak after another company (not Mercury Transport) was unable to fulfill order. I should have chosen Mercury first. William was able to find a carrier in a day and have the vehicle picked up the next day. Very easy to work with. Had to coordinate a weekend pickup with the driver but otherwise accommodated all of our timing/delivery requirements. William was in communication through the whole process. I would definitely choose William and Mercury again for the next transport.
