This was the first time that I ever shipped a car. I had to get out Thunderbird from Ohio to Florida and needed to get it picked up within 10 days. I received quotes from several companies and read lots of horror stories when checking reviews. I settled on Mercury because the price was good as well as the reviews. Mercury set me up with Jake Horner. Jake was extremely professional and easy to reach during the whole process. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. He put me in touch with our driver within a day. The price came in exactly to the penny of my quote which included tax and all fees. I’m so glad that I chose Mercury and am happy they connected me to Jake. I will definitely go back to them if we ever ship a car again.
