I have had cars transported in the past and usually, all goes according to plan. You get to see the caliber of your Transport Agent when things do not go perfectly. In this case, an assigned carrier developed equipment problems and then a serious communication problem. Joel stayed on top of the situation and kept me informed and intervened in my opinion in a timely fashion and my car still got to its both my requested timing and even ahead of the promised delivery schedule.
