Contracted with them to move my car from Ohio to Florida. Drivers showed and neither of them spoke English. Videotaped the load and as the car got to top of trailer to level off, loud crunch was heard...again, all on video2 o 3 brackets broke off and laying on trailer...driver said they were there from previous load. Car gets to Florida via Luque Transportation...(the trailer they used needed repairs, which caused the damage) avoid them also. Spoke with them about the damage and they wanted to pick up my car and take to their own shop for repairs. I told them i wanted to take it to a repair shop in Tampa. They didn't want it going against their insurance. The damage was less than a $1000.00...i still have heard nothing from either Mate or Luque Transportaion. I am paying out of my own pocket and hope to get reimbursed.
