Company doesn't honor contract

In August of 2005 I contacted Major Transport to discuss transport of vehicle from Michigan to Georgia. I gave them credit card information after I received all the paperwork. This order was processed at 3:26 PM om 8/25/2005. I cancelled it later that day. On 8/26/2005 I received an e mail verifying I cancelled within the 48 hour window and I have the e mail documenting my card would not be charged. This is also in their contract. The representative from the company named Dave was very uncourteous and threatening to me and said he was going to take the money off my card anyhow. I kept in contact with my bank for a few days and no charge showed up, however on 9/2/05 the charge did occur and I didn't recognize it until I began doing my taxes. This company violated their contract, their word, and my deposit of $200.00. All of this is documented in writing. Do I have any recourse at this time? These people robbed me of $200.00.
