After a horrible experience with another transport broker, I contacted Magic Carpet based on their ratings from this site. The experience was 180 degrees different. Magic Carpet was knowlegeable, professional, and everytihing they said would happen was executed quickly. In addition, it took only a hour for my order to get picked up and within two days my vehicle was shipped. With the other broker, we were 3+ weeks following their "promised" date for a pick-up and were getting lie after lie about why it was not getting placed. Finally, the actual transport company that picked up my car was excellent. Again, professional and on-time for both the pick-up and the deliver. I would recommend Magic Carpet in a second.
