First of all I should have chosen Magic Carpet Transport first. I originally chose a company out of Vancouver Washington that gave me story after story of delays for 2 weeks. Yes there 2 days that my vehicle could not be picked up, but conveniently 2 trucks scheduled to pick mine up broke down. I think part of the problem they priced themselves too low. I should have caught on at the beginning with some of the comments about the pricing.
I decided to contact Magic carpet who has excellent ratings and the servciced showed. In less than 15 minutes after I set everything up kathy had a truck that was going to pick mine up on Saturday and said I should have it Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, I was quite suprised when I received a call on Sunday and the trucker said he would be there by noon on Monday to deliver it. he showed up just befroe noon. Now that is excellent service. Everything went absolutly perfect. Kathy and Nicole did a fantastic job communicating and really showed they wanted to do a good job. I required and enclosed transport and expected to pay a little more. I felt their rates are very reasonable. I kow I will be getting a rebate for this review but I would I wrote this even without the compensation.
