Annie was great and took care of my quote and confirmation quickly and efficiently, and she was very knowledgeable and nice on the phone. So was Ben, who drove my car; the late delivery was a legit breakdown and not his fault, and he kept in touch with me through every step. Annie also kept tabs on the situation. The car was delivered in the same condition I shipped it - no damage or theft.
