I wanted to say that Sheila was my CSR and she was a doll. She assisted me in everyway and made consessions for me even when I got stressed out about the vehicle not being picked up before my son would deploy. After a heated discussion with her, one that I later apologized for, Sheila called me back later that day with a transport truck and a telephone number. She even told me to take her cell number and have my son text her if there was a problem on his end. I was so impressed with her drive to go out of her way to assist me during a very difficult and short time. I would recommend this company again. Also my vehicle arrived within a day after being picked up and even though the driver and I had some difficulty with the location on where to get the vehicle, he was a sweetheart and very kind. I would def give this company 5 stars for their service and effort. Sheila told me everything I needed to know up front: Cost, deposit, expenses, and rebates. Thanks so much for taking the added stress off of me during this time. My thoughts here are expressed soley by my views/thoughts of this company, and have nothing to do with compensation.

It truly was my pleasure working with you and I am so very happy we were able to get your son's vehicle picked up and delivered before he left for Iraq.
