I have good service experience with magic carpet, Stephanie did a good job to assist me with all the detail stuff. Thank you Stephanie! i shipped my car from austin to madison, and I did some research, finally I chose magic carpet. the customer service is great, but I have bad luck. I got a carrier who is very unreliable. I found my car been driven over 50 miles, and making my car interior dirty, I have no clue at all how to clean it. oh, and it delays for one day. when the carrier pick up, he requires me to drive about 2 miles to go to his trailer, drive both he and myself back to my house, and he drove my car to his trailer. I first refuse to do it, and he is kind of threatening me that he will not do my business, and I surrendered because I'm in a rush. Stephanie helps me out of it. she is very helpful to my situation. the price is beautiful, customer service works great. I recommend it even if I have a bad carrier
