This was the second shipment that Magic Carpet handled for me. Stephanie was the ultimate in customer service. It is a shame I can only give her 5 stars. She kept me informed every step of the way both by email and by phone. The night that I called her to place the order, I was surprised to see that I had an email and a phone call a little later that same day to tell me that the pickup was scheduled. I thought I had a good experience the first time we used Magic Carpet but the second time surpassed that. Kudos to Stephanie. She is a gem. There are not many companies around that have staff who provide this type of interaction with the customer. Stephanie is a wonderful representative for Magic Carpet.
