I contacted Magic Carpet and my first information regarding pick up and delivery and cost was from an agent who seemed to be more informed than agents from other companies. It did take almost until the last minute but she managed to arrange our transiport from Calif. to Utah with no problems. I know she worked very hard as not that many vehicles go from Utah to Calif. so a long distance carrier was necessary. Our agent was in constant contact with me both via phone and email so I felt confident that she was working hard to arrange a carrier and she was also very customer service oriented. We appreciate all that Magic Carpet did to make our car transport a positive experience and we will call them again if needed in the future. We would definately recommend Majic Carpet to anyone in need of a vehicle transport.
