got an email and a call a few days before pick up that there was a driver who was interested in picking up the car. agreed on the details and car was picked up the day it was promised to be picked up. driver also called to make sure someone was there to give him the keys when he came for pick-up. did the usual check and submitted a bill of lading with all the marks and dents on the car. then got a call confirming it's delivery which was one day before promised date. everything went smoothly. driver apologized for the delay as he was a bit late because of the traffic he experienced while driving to our destination.
