I am a first time user of any car shipping company. I found Magic Carpet through a search of car shipping companies. I called the top three I wanted to use; Magic Carpet had the highest reviews and the lowest quote. Kathy Ashlock, my customer service representative was pleasant and very helpful to work with. She helped guide me through the whole process, while answering my questions along the way. Kathy found a carrier the same day I made my order, after her suggestion of delivering to a larger city. The whole process took less than a week. I really didn't want to put 1700 miles on my car to drive it back home; plus the flight and time off of work. In my opinion, it was $940 well spent. I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again, and request Kathy as my transport agent in particular.
