Kristaan at Magic Carpet was great! The only concern I had was that I didn't know when my vehicle was being picked up until the same week I had listed for it to be picked up. That being said, Kristaan answered my questions thoroughly when I asked her about it. Then she did follow up the week of my vehicle being picked up like she said she would and it was picked up on time. Kristaan followed up after the vehicle was picked up, then again the day before it was delivered and finally after it was delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. The service with Magic Carpet was great all around and I would use them again.
