I used the service to ship a very customized 2004 Ford Mustang from Florida to California. I had flexibility with the pickup date, but the car had to be delivered on or before a specific day (it was delivered 2 days before the deadline).

The only issue was that the pickup was delayed several times (a Monday pickup turned into a Wednesday pickup, and then a Friday pickup). I was not informed of the first delay and this caused me some concern, but the office staff provided me with the mobile phone number of the truck driver. I was able to talk to the driver directly, and this was very helpful.

The truck driver and his assistant were very polite and careful with the car. The driver called when he was about 1 hour away from the pickup. He had to rearrange several cars on the truck in order to load my car, and I watched him handle the cars. He was very careful with every car. The driver called the destination when he was about 15 minutes away.

Cost of the transport was typical based on the various quotes I received, but the staff was accessible and friendly and understood the need for delivery before the deadline. I would use this service again.
