The car was picked up as was quoted and the carrier made accomodations to meet someone at the pick up location convenient with their work schedule. The price was very competitive with other carriers. The driver notified me the day before he was arriving to make arrangements to meet. He did not want to come into the housing plan because of his load and the possibility of hanging trees that may scratch some of the vehicles. We arranged to meet at at a local Wal Mart parking lot. Magic Carpet kept us informed as to the time of pick up and the approximate drop off date. They provided the driver's name and contact information in case I needed it. The whole experience was uneventful and pleasurable. I would use them again most definitely.
