Crystal was very helpful in arranging a pick-up in Washington state of a 1948 vintage automobile on relatively short notice. I reside in Virginia and was not willing to finalize purchase of the automobile until I personnelly inspected and drove the car. The sellers were an elderly couple with health issues and since I could not remain in Washington until the car was shipped, Crystal went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the pick-up was as convenient as possible for the sellers.

Due to truck mechanical problems,the delivery in Virginia was three days later than originally scheduled. The drivers immediately informed me of reasons for the delay and kept me apprised of the status in geting the mechanical problems resolved. Magic Carpet did an excellent job in coordinating this move and provided cheerful, courteous service.I won't hesitate to use them again if a future need arises.
