I bought a car online and needed to coordinate the shipping with the seller who had very time was very limited time to assist. Needless to same time was of the essence.

Stephanie Hamilton was able to find me a truck that would pick my car up the next day so I was very impressed with that. It didn't take her long at all and the customer service was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way.

The next day there was family emergency that forced the driver to return back to NC where he was coming from. I got a update from Stephanie and the Trucks dispatch informing of what was happening. The seller was also contacted and in the loop of things. I thought this would delay me receiving the car but it was not the case. I was assured I would receive the car on Monday just as originally anticipated.

Sunday night the driver told me he was 9 hours away and the car was here in AZ at 5 AM. It was unloaded and it was clear the car was safely transported. I was beyond impressed and will definitely use Stephanie from here out. She was a completely professional.
