Please read my review and experience before you pick your carrier. First I would like to thank Magic Auto Transport for doing what they do best and beyond that. A special thanks to DOUG WHATFORD who by the way is the David Blaine of the auto industry. I started out just like you who is reading this. I thought I did my homework and I scheduled my pick up three weeks ago prior of my pick-up date. I would like to mention my window for the carrier to pick up the car was 24-48 hours, as I flew in to idaho to finalize the purchase of the car and to see it get on the transport. My original carrier who quoted me a low price( you are going to get bombardered with emals and calls from all types of companies), which at the time I didn't know that, I found that out and realized that something was wrong a little bit too late. 5 days before my pick update I had no carrier to pick up my car. I panicked and started making calls at the last minute. Thats where DOUG WHATFORD comes in. From the moment he picked up the phone, to be honest with you I felt secure. He explained why my car hasn't been picked up and what we needed to do. Let me tell you what the other company didn't do for me in two and a half weeks that they had my car listed, Doug did it in a DAY AND A HALF. I couldn't believe it. That's why I called him the David Blaine. He would call me everyday and update me with every little status he had. He knows what his talking about and he'll guide to the right direction. With Doug your car wont be just another order number but you actually feel like you have a friend on the other line. He took the time and effort and made it happen for me in such a short period of time. My car was picked up on time and it even got delivered early. If I had to do this all over again I would save myself the stress and agony and go with Magic carpet and Doug. Once again thank you. Doug if you're reading this YOU ARE THE MAN
