Let's say I read a lot of reviews and getting really worried about all the possible problems.

But it went really smooth, I ordered the service after midnight 6/22 and the car was picked up around 9pm same day. It can't beat that.

Kathy was proactive and calling me giving me updates. Thanks Kathy!
