The pickup was within the 7 days as promised and it was delivered within 4 days after pickup. The price they quoted was what was charged. Customer service was excellent. I chose them bcoz they has best reviews, i have nothing to complain..they have bets reviews for a reason. The car was too dirty when it was delivered but i guess that happens when it was transported cross country. I would use them again
