I just wanted to say Lite Auto Transport by far is the best and honest company in this business. I know there's many brokers out there trying to snatch your information and ship your vehicle. I need my car shipped and posted my information online, after getting spammed by dozens of brokers, Alami from LAT called me and emailed me a contract right away. Other brokers give really low offers and collect a deposit from you try to get you to sign contract, however Lite auto doesn't collect a dollar from customer until they have a confirmed driver per the contract! As far as the customer service, Alami was very informative and straight up from the beginning. He answered all my questions while assuring me that my car being picked up the day off. Followed up with me and driver throughout the process. Very happy car arrived one day early! will use them again!!
