This was a corporate paid move from Columbia, MD to Florida on May 19th of this year. We set everything up through Jonathan on May 3rd and went over an inventory list and compared our in home estimates to that list and tweaked it over the next few days. Their quote was a little higher than one of the estimates and considerably lower than the other. We did not compile quotes from any other companies just the 3 mentioned and were pleased with all 3 companies level of service but chose Lions Van Lines Miami Movers based on reviews on this website and we also spoke with one of the owners, Jack D. who was pleasant and really walked us through every question one might have pertaining to moving. After the conversation with Jack we placed our deposit and set the dates. May 19th or 20th with a preferred date of the 19th. Several days before the move we received a confirmation call from Martin in the customer care department letting us know that their crew would in fact arrive on the 19th in Columbia, MD to pack and prep what they could and since it was a 3 man crew the entire process would most likely be done in 1 day. Nate called the day before on the 18th and confirmed he would be there between 8am and 9am the next morning. They showed up a little earlier at 7:45 and did their thing like we couldn't believe and honestly had everything packed and loaded in 7 hours and it was a big shipment. They delivered 4 days later and absolutely nothing was damaged and looked like it had not even been moved at all. These guys are experts in every fashion and when Jonathan called to ask if we could post our review on their company, we couldn't off been happier to do it. Highly, highly recommended.
