Car bumper hit bottom and damaged bumper

The car came dirty from road grim and when it came I looked at it as carefully as possible. I did not see the damage until a few days after.

I have photos of before and after of the car no signs of any abrasions on the car in the sellers hands.

I missed it and now I am holding the bag. But you get no responsibility from the shippers since the agreement says there is a $1000 deductible on damage.

How can they lose? Heads they win tails you lose.

Do not trust these guys to be honest with you. Of course I am made out to be the liar. You guys want to dispute this I have before and after pictures. Also a sheet that says no damage on pickup.

This driver asked me on top pf this to drive car off truck. Now I know why maybe he wanted me to bottom out so I could be blamed.

If I ever get a transport again the guy can wait for me to wash and wax the car before he leaves with the cash.
