First and foremost, the structure of this company is poor. Their communication with clients is terrible and their English is far from conversational. In the beginning I was told that my vehicle would be picked up on a Tuesday, of which they failed
Damaged the vehicle - tried to get extra money from my customer - cursed at my client - Smashed the fender - there was a huge scratch on the door and the tire was flat - they are rude - they have threatened me and have tried to extort a positive rat
Shipped two cars in an "enclosed trailer". Cars showed up covered in dirt and exhaust soot. They told me to go to a car wash. Completely ruined my car. See Google review for pics.
