I requested a quote on the website and asked for expedited service for more than two months from when I made the request. Eric Sailor called me and told me the rate would be significantly higher. When I asked why the website said something different he started becoming very irate and stating that I should have known the rate would be higher given the pandemic. I explained that the pandemic had been going on for a year and that the website should be updated. He then began criticizing me for booking through the website. He is also not a carrier as the website states, he is a broker- another falsehood. Worst experience I have had while planning for this move.
