Damaged Vehicle, refusing to pay self insured amount

J&S Truck Company was hired by a broker to deliver my vehicle from a dealership in Houston, TX to my home in Miami, FL. My vehicle was damaged by J&S Truck Company while in transit to me. The damages are $2,964. J&S Truck Company is self insured for the first $2,500, and any remaining amounts after that are covered by insurance. I have made several attempts to contact J&S Truck Company to collect this amount and they ignore me. They refuse to accept accountability for the damage that their driver did to my vehicle and are leaving me to have to pay the $2,500 that is their responsibility. I would recommend to anyone looking to have their vehicle transported to avoid J&S Truck Company.
