If you care about your vehicle, avoid this company at all costs. When my car was delivered, there were hazy wax streaks all over the exterior, clearly a rushed attempt to cover something up. At first glance, the paint looked okay, but that was only because the wax haze masked the real damage.
It wasn’t until the first proper car wash that the truth was revealed: the paint had been damaged by an aggressive buffer, likely used in a last-minute attempt to hide a spill or leak that happened during shipping. This was not normal wear or a minor scuff, it was careless, deliberate cover-up work.
To fix what they did, I had to spend $400 on a professional detailing job. Even after that, the buffer marks are still visible. When I contacted the company to ask what happened and why they thought this cover-up was acceptable, they never responded. No explanation, no apology, just complete silence and denial.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility for the damage they cause. They gambled on me not noticing, and when I did, they ghosted. Avoid them like the plague.
