Very Misleading, Couldn't Keep Promises

I recently needed to move a car from Virginia to Louisiana. I chose JJJ because they guaranteed a 1-5 day pickup time. On June 20th I requested a pickup. After 7 days on June 27th I was told that they could pickup the car on July 1. Even though we were well past the 5-day window, I was in a bind so I agreed to the pickup after they assured me that everything was in place and that the car would be picked up sometime on the 1st. On the morning of the 1st I was informed that the driver didn't have proper insurance and that they would be unable to pickup the car!

Ultimately, I had to take a trailer to Virginia to pickup the car myself.

A few points:
1. based on my experience, their pickup guarantees are completely bogus
2. they will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you on board
3. although according to their web site they have a few transport vehicles, I believe that they broker many transports to other companies
