Never disclosed a separate fee to be processed above and beyond his presented Invoice. When confronted, he became belligerent. He did cancel the process when confronted, but never removed the Load Posting. Subsequent Brokers have notified me that this really screws-up their Load Posting if I hire them... because it causes Shippers confusion and hesitation - and not wanting to bid on my load because of dual posting and its associated problems. Really petty and unethical behavior... all because I wouldn't let him pull his deceptive practices on me. Filed complaint with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) and National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB) on 5/13/2025
