After being given the bait and switch by Roadrunner, I was fortunate to find Great River Transport. Despite issues at the pickup Jim went above and beyond and delivered ahead of schedule. He was professional and took a great deal of time to make sure we were aware of any damage he observed and measures he had to take to get the care to Iowa. His price was also much less than Roadrunner offered initially and much less than the bump up that Roadrunner tried to switch me to. In the future, Jim will get my requests for transports!
