I let my daughter try to ship her car on her own. I overheard different ship dates different advice on how to prepare her car for shipping and finally that they would not be able to ship the car in a timely manner. We cancel the transaction and are waiting for the refund Andre promised her.
I think this is a company that has to pull it's head out and get educated on shipping vehicles and providing good customer service. When I hear my daughter crying on the phone while trying to make arrangements to ship her car. I consider this a problem.
We will never use Giant again and will bad mouth them to whomever will listen.
