GIG Logistics picked up a car in AR and were supposed to deliver in NJ no later than sep 28th. we were supposed to drive from NY to meet them in NJ and took a day off of work for that reason.
on the 28th, when not hearing from the carrier we reached out to them and when they finally answered they said they are still in AR?!?!? they didn't bother to update us of the delay and now claiming the car will be delivered on Saturday, 5 days late.
we lost a day of work and now without the car for 5 extra days and Vlad, the manager is still refusing to adjust the price to compensate for late delivery and lack of communication.
shop around and find yourself a real, professional company to transport your car.
don't make the same mistake we did
