My overall experience with Frank's was top notch. The price was great, the company was great at keeping in contact with me, and I felt that they delivered on all of their promises. The only part of the process that did not sit well with me was the pickup process. I got a call from the driver, Dmitri, saying that he would be in my area around 8:30 AM on a particular day. I arranged to get to work late and waited for him that day. When he didn't arrive by 9 AM, I called him, only to find out that he wouldn't be in my area until 2:30 or 3 PM that day. So, that was frustrating. Once I finally met up with him that afternoon, I found that he was a really nice and professional guy, and I almost didn't mind being inconvenienced. Almost.
My car arrived safe and sound in Texas, and overall I would definitely use Frank's again. But I would probably arrange to take a full day off or arrange pickup on a day that I wasn't working, just to avoid the inconvenience of waiting all day.
