This entire process can feel very overwhelming. I was warned that a lot of companies overcharge and deliver your vehicle damaged. However, I was very happy with Frank's. I researched my options on-line and noticed that Frank's received the most stars. The only problem I encountered was that there was some confusion regarding the pick up location. I had first asked that the car be picked up at my home address, booked my flight and then since the pick up date was after my flight, I asked that the car be picked up at a friend's address instead. This new address information was not shared, so that the pick up guy had to come out twice. Aside from that snafu, I was very happy with the service. The charge was clear and so was the contract, the price was competitive, and the car arrived without a scratch, in the exact shape I left it in and it arrived on time.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would use Frank's again.
