Terrible delay and communication

My car was picked up promptly (hence 2 stars) and everything was terrible from there. Was picked up 7/20 and delivery scheduled for 7/23. On morning of 23rd no word yet from a driver about scheduling drop off even though I was promised 24 hours notice. I text broker who finally calls and says driver will call me any minute then texts and says “oh actually tomorrow.” No explanation and then he disappeared the rest of the day as I repeatedly sought more information on the actual delivery. The next morning he at least answered my texts, told me the driver was arriving to a nearby town that afternoon then would head my way. I told him I still never had spoken to a driver and needed more info on timing. He gave me what he said was the driver’s number but was just the pickup dispatcher’s number. That man answers and tells me “no definitely not today, was never today. Need a local driver so next Monday or Tuesday.” I never heard from FraniscGo broker again. The car finally came on 7/28, 5 days late and less than 24 hours’ notice on pickup time. I am less upset about the delay itself than the horrible communication from FrancisGo. At best they were not paying attention to my delivery time but it seemed more like they were just lying to me and then when I started to realize it they disappeared. Of course they charged me 48 hours ahead of the *scheduled* delivery even though the car would not arrive for 5 more days. Will never use again
