I needed a vehicle transported from AZ to NY. I put my request for quotes on line and rec'd many offers. I also rec's numerous texts from Chantz. After talking with him and his assurance that his company specialized in providing great customer service, fast, affordable and on time transportation services, I signed a contract with Francisco for $895. Although the truck was not ready for pick up at that time; Chantz told me to call him when it was ready for transport and he would dispatch a pick up. it was all LIES, LIES, LIES and DOUBLE TALK. When the truck was ready for transport and I called Chantz to make arrangements he said "we need to do another contract for $100 more before he would dispatch a pick up" What happened to their website statement regarding horror stories in this industry and they want to show their clients what honest and affordable transportation is supposed to look like. LIES, LIES, LIES The first contract was signed in April, the second in June for $100 more. They are very efficient in getting my credit card info and 2 contracts signed, but afterwards absolutely no service or communication. Finally, on July 15th, I spoke with another rep named Josh. He assured me that he would have this pick up done on Saturday. He also made arrangements to have a backup driver as well for Sunday. LIES, LIES, LIES As of today, July 20th, my truck is still in AZ DO NOT waste your time with Francisco because they are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely NOT HONEST
