it seems all people wish to do is complain for there ignorance. Why do they sign the contract and agree to allthe terms and conditions and then turn around and complain afterwards.
We never charge any extras unless they apply based on the signed contract. As far as the agreement with the sales person that should be in writing as to what was agreed upon, otherwise there is no basis for the claim.
We do not charge anything that is not described in the contract and signed for.
If this person is complaining that the car was not picked up or delivered when we say, they should provide documentation of this instead of complaining and we will try to rectify it.
False accusations mean nothing
