I originally contacted Neighbors to set up my move (who have a good reputation) I never even heard of Father and Son until my pick up date was changed and Neighbors told me to call Father and Son, which I did and when I described my problem I was hung up on by a man named Nathan and before he hung up he refused to let me talk to anyone else that would possibly talk to me like I was a human being. I contacted Neighbors again and was told it is not their problem. I completely rearranged my schedule and then they tried to change my date again. The contract I signed with neighbors, and the deposit I paid is virtually worthless because nothing on it is honored by Father and Son and unless I paid double what was on my contract they were going to leave with everything I own. What started out as $1600 turned into $3000 and it was only 10 boxes and 7 pieces of furniture. I intend to file suit against both companies first thing tomorrow morning. Do yourself a favor and hire chipmunks to perform your move you will have a better experience. 1/3 of my glasswear was broken, my vacuum was broken and I am still not positive what is missing
