Mr. Javier provided very good customer service over the phone, he always answers the phone very quickly.

The driver who picked up my car was Mr. Hamid, he is a very experienced driver and a very nice person. My car was very well taken care of during the 4 days carry from Maryland to California. My car was delivered to Fontana at their terminal in 4 days. I was told that my car has arrived and they are waiting for a smaller truck to be available to have my car deliver to my destination city Pasadena, but I am welcome to pick it up from Fontana if I don't want to wait. I couldn't wait, so I went there and picked it up. The car was in good condition, my belongings that I put in my trunk were in place.The cost is reasonable and I was happy about the service.
