Stay away from this company.
We paid Express Auto Logistics to transport a vehicle from Copart. They confirmed the pickup, then the driver refused the load and never canceled it in the system, blocking other carriers. We tried to contact them through their website with the tracking function that doesn't work at all. Multiple attempts to communicate through phone and email didn't help. They also didn't answer calls during their office hours. No communication, no ETA, no solution. We had to arrange our own transport.
It says that they are not taking deposits, but in fact they do. Steven "the broker" asked to send half of the quote on Zelle as a "deposit for the driver," which never appeared.They took the money and delivered nothing. They are refusing to issue a refund despite failing to provide any service. This company wasted our time and put our vehicle at risk of storage fees.
