First time transporting a vehicle. Bernie was "excellent" - just as her company name promises !!! Walked me step by step through whole procedure and made it a lot less scary!! It put me at ease knowing that at any point of the transport I could call Bernice OR the actual driver with questions or for information. The driver was courteous and respectful and worked around our schedule for pick up of the vehicle... Which I really appreciated. Drop off was earlier than expected! Vehicle was dirty but we had snow that night so it was expected. Driver unloaded vehicle quickly and undamaged! I would highly recommend Bernie and her connections to anyone looking to transport a vehicle!!
