After dealing with a less-than-stellar furniture moving company, I dreaded the process of getting my truck transported from Alabama to Washington state. However, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Christa was very prompt and efficient. She explained to me how the process worked (and this was a first-time experience for me) and kept me updated on a regular basis. She always responded quickly to my e-mails and questions. My truck arrived on time and the delivery guy was super nice and professional. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the disorganized furniture movers. I would highly recommend Excellent Auto Transport and will certainly remember them in the future.
