It was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and to call it terrifying would be an understatement. The buyer was polite and honest, and the transporter Frankie was very professional and took very good car of my wife's car. That being said, Bernie was by far the person who put me most at ease throughout the ordeal. She didn't ask me to compromise on the style of transport I wanted, she found a fantastic carrier, and she did it for a quoted price that was substantially cheaper than I could find. I'm very happy with the folks at Excellent Auto transport and if I ever buy another vehicle out of state there is no one else I would trust my business to.
